I have worked in Operations for over 20 years, and have been working as a CEO since 2014. In my career, I have proudly received recognition as an industry leader, receiving multiple awards for my leadership, while acting as keynote speaker for several masterminds and conferences. Over the course of my career, I have been responsible for the results achieved by 12 companies at above a $50 million gross, and supported hundreds of businesses at various levels.
In addition to my achievements as an executive, I also give much of my time giving back to the community. I am currently on 4 nonprofit committees, one of which I co-founded. Most recently I accepted the position of Vice President for Pineapple Support, a charity that helps provide mental health treatment to adult entertainers.
Alongside my career in Operations, I have continually furthered my education and experience. I have a BS in Dietetics from James Madison University, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have also achieved a Master’s in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, along with an All But Dissertation in the Forensic Science Ph.D program at Texas A&M.
I believe in sharing my skills and experience with others. As such, I have worked to mentor and support people at all levels of their careers. I have helped influence Visionaries, Integrators, Operations Managers, Directors, Project Managers, Marketing Directors and more, helping to identify and develop their skills and chart out their personal journeys.
Meetings should have a purpose and benefit everyone in attendance. Many companies don’t even get close to this ideal. I work to introduce effective, consistent structures for meetings, removing a common source of frustration.
Everyone in a company should be on the same page - everyone should understand exactly what they’re working towards, and what their individual role in achieving that goal is. I work to get everyone working on the same level, improving efficiency, results, and employee satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is vastly more important than you may think. Giving your customers great service doesn’t just make them happy - it should cut refunds and chargebacks, prevent legal liability, and more. I work to take customer service to a new level.

Profitability isn’t a set figure. It’s something that can be improved. By getting you better deals for manufacturing, fulfillment, and more, cutting costs while introducing new revenue sources, I make sure that you keep more of the money you make.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) is one of my single biggest focuses. In short, it tracks how much a customer spends across their entire engagement with you. I work to establish and improve CLTV, making each customer worth more to you.
